Upcoming Shows: Matthew Schuler, Angie Stone, Travi$ Scott, and #BoomBash 2015

Remember Matthew Schuler? The local Voicecontestant that made all four judges turn around in like 5 seconds? Even though he didn’t win the show (blame Christina), he’s still very much so pursuing a recording career. He’ll be performing at the Legendary Dobbs (304 South Street) Saturday, October 17th at 7:30pm. Tickets are $30 at the door.

Fresh after knocking her daughter’s teeth out, Angie Stone will be coming back to Philly. She’ll be performing at the TLA on November 11th. Tickets are available now.

Rihanna’s rumored boy toy Travi$ Scott will be coming to The Fillmore Philly on Friday, November 20th. The tour is in promotion of Travi$’ recently released debut album Rodeo, which is in stores now. Drake protege Bryson Tiller (and sound-alike) will be opening.Purchase your ticket here.

In celebration of Boom 107.9 turning one year old, the station will be throwing  #BOOMBash2015 on December 12th at the Liacouras Center. The lineup is just…. (insert Taraji handclap here.) Performers include the Queen Bee Lil Kim, The Lox, Mase, Jagged Edge, Ja Rule, and Total. The pre-sale starts tomorrow. Tickets officially go on sale this Saturday.
